The Problem

10–100x

Legal limits vs. health guidelines

Your tap water isn't as clean as you think

Nearly every U.S. water system tested had at least one contaminant above recommended guidelines1. Federal legal limits can be 10 to 100 times higher than what health researchers consider safe2.

The pipes are falling apart

    FAQ

    Straight answers.

What is the difference between whole home filtration and reverse osmosis?

Whole-home filtration, like Essential, treats every faucet. It catches sediment and takes out chlorine taste. Reverse osmosis is a fine membrane at the kitchen tap for drinking and cooking water. Complete puts a softener on the whole house and reverse osmosis at that sink.

Do I need a water softener system?

Spots on glass, scale on faucets, and stiff laundry are the usual signs of hard water. Soft swaps out the calcium and magnesium behind that. The free test measures hardness before you decide.

Can you treat both well water and city water?

Yes. Essential, Soft, and Complete are installed on private wells and on public water. A well is tested by the homeowner. City water can still taste like chlorine, and a utility report is a different thing from your kitchen tap. The free test shows which system fits.

What does a carbon filtration system help with?

Carbon improves taste and smell at every faucet. It takes out chlorine, chloramine, and odors. Essential pairs that carbon with a sediment filter, so grit is caught first.

How do I know which water treatment system is right for my home?

Start with the free test. Essential fits rusty, gritty, or chlorine-tasting water. Soft fits spots, scale, and stiff laundry. Complete fits a home that wants soft water through the house and drinking water at the sink.
